Source: the Hawaii Office of Elections' daily Voting Report, which counts mail ballots sent and returned, electronic ballots, and in-person votes at voter service centers for each county and each precinct. Hawaii votes by mail: every registered voter is mailed a ballot, which must reach voters at least 18 days before Election Day, and voter service centers open for in-person voting and same-day registration 10 business days before it (Oct 20 this year). Hawaii has no party registration, so there is no party split, and none is estimated.

The primary is a lower-turnout election, so compare how fast ballots come back, not how many. The Office posted no day-by-day reports for the 2022 or 2024 generals that survive; their final turnout can be shown as reference lines.
