Source: the Delaware Department of Elections' "Voter Counts by Voting Method" report, which gives absentee, early-voting and Election Day voters for each of the three counties and is updated as votes come in, and its copies of the same report for the 2024 general election. Registered voters by county and party come from the Department's monthly registration totals. The 2026 and 2024 vote counts have no party split. 2022, the last midterm: the Department's count through Nov 1, 2022 as reported by WHYY, and its final voter participation report by county, party and age.
